Vehiblogs New York International Auto Show Preview

Following up on our coverage of the 2014 North American International Auto Show in Detroit, Michigan earlier this year, Vehiblog is setting off once again, this time to cover the 2014 New York International Auto Show, April 16th and 17th at the Jacob Javits Center in Manhattan.

Here's a rundown of what to expect for releases and concept cars.


  • Nissan has announced that the 2015 Versa sedan will debut on April 16th with an MSRP of only $11,990
  • BMW will unveil its X4 Sports Activity Coup, M4 convertible, X3 SAV including a diesel engine option, and the ALPINA B6 xDrive Gran Coupe.
  • McLaren Automotive will unveil the 650S, its 641hp supercar, at an offsite location.
  • Land Rover will debut its Discovery Vision Concept which will showcase future design and technology elements.
  • Dodge will unveil the 2015 Challenger and 2015 Charger just ahead of the brand's 100th anniversary this summer.
  • VW will unveil its Golf Sportwagen, which has currently been causing quite an excitement with car enthusiasts on the internet. The 2015 Jetta is also set to be debuted.
  • Kia is set to unveil the 2015 Sedona mid-size multipurpose vehicle.
  • Chevrolet will unveil the 2015 Cruze.
  • Subaru will debut the all-new 2015 Subaru Outback.
  • Fiat will unveil its 2015 500 series vehicle lineup.
  • Acura will unveil the production version of its performance-luxury TLX sedan.
  • Mazda is celebrating 25 years of its iconic MX-5 Miata by showcasing 15 MX-5's from production vehicles to concepts and race cars.
  • Alfa Romeo will mark its return to the North American market with the unveiling of the 4C mid-engine sports car.
  • Mercedes-Benz will debut its new S63 AMG 4MATIC Coupe.
  • An amazing array of super-cars will be on hand to include the Koenigsegg Agera R, Bentley Continental GT Speed, Porsche 918 Spyder, Bugatti Veyron, Chevrolet Corvette Z06, and Lamborghini Aventador.
  • Concept cars include the Kia GT-4 Stinger, Cadillac Elmiraj Concept, Nissan Sport Sedan Concept, Ford Edge Concept, and the Toyota FT-1.
